Core Physicians, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is seeking a Medical Assistant in Exeter, NH for a full-time, on-site role at Lafayette Rd. You will perform clinical tasks, manage front-office duties, and support care teams in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

The position requires CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or enrollment within 6 months and BLS within 6 months. Competitive pay and day-one benefits accompany the role.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CMA/RMA/CCMA certification or registration required within 6 months of hire.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Mansioni

• Perform clinical duties: pre-visit work, vital signs, medication reconciliation, and assisting providers with examinations or procedures.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments; ensure exam rooms are clean and stocked.
• Respond to patient portal messages the same day.
• Complete pre-visit work, close care gaps, administer vaccines, and process prescriptions as per standing protocols.
• May schedule pre-admission tests, place follow-up calls, and perform daily front-office duties such as greeting, scheduling, and charting.
• Support care team, maintain confidentiality, and participate in daily huddles.
