Job summary

InnovateMR + Ivy Exec are seeking a Senior Survey Programmer to oversee the initial coding of surveys, facilitate revisions, data delivery and ensuring the highest data quality throughout the project.

This role requires effective communication with internal associates and clients to guarantee project specifications are achieved. You will resolve issues, troubleshoot bugs, and build reliable data collection for future projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on Decipher or similar survey programming tool.
• Marketing research and project management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Program online surveys with required quality and productivity levels.
• Program and test survey logic using Decipher, HTML and JavaScript.
• Undertake quality assurance of online surveys.
• Adhere to project capabilities and meet client expectations for timing.
• Partner with internal team to understand project requirements.
• Serve as an information resource and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain communication with all parties on each project.
• Participate in internal projects and initiatives as needed.

This position must communicate effectively with internal associates and clients to guarantee project specifications are achieved. Having the ability to resolve and troubleshoot problems, complex issues, and bug fixes are key in constructing the best data collection build and gaining knowledge for future projects.

• Undertaking quality assurance of online surveys.
