InnovateMR + Ivy Exec is seeking a Senior Survey Programmer to oversee the initial coding of surveys, ensure data quality, and deliver accurate results. You will liaise with internal teams and clients to meet project specs and troubleshoot complex issues during development.

The role focuses on programming online surveys, testing logic with Decipher/HTML/JavaScript, and maintaining clear communication across all project stakeholders. Prior MR and project management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience on Decipher or similar survey programming tool (Confirmit, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Experience programming online surveys with required quality and productivity levels.
• Knowledge of Decipher, HTML, and JavaScript in survey logic testing and deployment.
• Marketing research and project management experience is a plus.
