Qualifications

Licensed in Arizona as LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
Arizona fingerprint clearance card required and must be renewed as applicable.
CPR and First Aid Certification must be maintained.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with professionals to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Mentor advanced graduate interns.
Lead the PHP group therapy program.
Attend designated office location in person per schedule.
