We are seeking a Senior PHP Developer to take full ownership of our client’s legacy SaaS product and play a pivotal role in bridging their development strategy from their v1 to v2 platforms. This is an individual contributor role with a fast track to leadership, offering you the chance to shape the technical future of our core products while driving innovation and stability.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of the legacy product, ensuring stability, enhancements, and performance improvements.
• Support and resolve bug tickets quickly and effectively.
• Design and implement new features with a focus on backwards compatibility between v1 and v2.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and feature rollouts.
• Work with APIs (designing and consuming) to extend product functionality and integrations.
• Optimize MySQL queries, troubleshoot performance issues, and contribute to evolving architecture with ElasticSearch and MongoDB.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and process improvements.
