Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

Looking for a PHP/Laravel Developer for a full time role in Chicago. The position is onsite 5 days a week and requires candidate to be local for onsite interviews. Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Essential Job Functions

1. Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable software solutions.
2. Architect and maintain high-performance databases, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
3. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and implement solutions.
5. Manage multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups.
7. Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend adoption when beneficial.
8. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment.

Qualifications
