Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized 5S work area and follow procedures.
• Perform plate processing and inspection to spec.
• Enter production data into the database accurately.
• Prepare plates for storage or shipment to other facilities.
• Analyze problems and troubleshoot issues promptly.
• Assist in training and developing team members.
• Support a collaborative, respectful work environment.
