Job summary

Quantum Computing Inc. is seeking a Test Engineer to enhance our manufacturing test capability. The role involves troubleshooting and stabilizing critical production test systems, and designing test stations for optoelectronic, fiber optic, RF, and electronic assemblies.

You will work with Development and Manufacturing Engineering to implement test methods, transfer NPI to production, and ensure reliability through SPC/gauge R&R. Domestic/international travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years in test development and hardware integration.
• US citizenship or permanent resident required (ITAR compliance).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Development and Manufacturing Eng to design test solutions.
• Develop test methods and hardware for optoelectronic packages.
• Identify interfaces and specialized equipment for testing.
• Assemble and commission test hardware, software, and fixtures.
• Support gauge R&R and SPC implementation for reliability.
• Qualify test hardware and software using industry methods.
• Maintain test procedures and train personnel.
• Travel may be required domestically/internationally.
