Polaris Electro-Optics, Inc. in San Diego seeks a testing engineer to advance silicon photonics devices. You will run optical and electrical tests, build test automation, and work with design teams to improve testability, while contributing to IP in photonics.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in Electrical Engineering, has practical testing experience of photonic devices, and is proficient in Python for automation. Eligible to work in the United States is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, run, and report optical and electrical tests on advanced photonics components.
• Design and implement test automation on die-level and wafer-level optical and electrical test setups.
• Collaborate with design and integration teams to optimize design for testability (DFT).
• Contribute to the development of new Intellectual Property related to testing of photonic design.
