Thorlabs is seeking a Photonic Instrumentation Product Line Manager to own the benchtop instrumentation portfolio across BUs, defining roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and lifecycle management. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, marketing, and sales to identify growth opportunities and align multiple teams behind a single product strategy.

The role requires 8+ years in photonics or related high-tech industries, strong cross-functional leadership, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in photonics or optical instrumentation
• Bachelor's degree in physics, Electrical Engineering, or Optical Engineering; advanced degree preferred

Responsabilités

• Own and steer the benchtop instrumentation portfolio across participating BUs
• Define and govern roadmap execution and lifecycle management
• Lead market analysis and translate insights into portfolio decisions
• Coordinate across Marketing, Sales, Engineering and Operations for alignment
