Job summary

Chrysos Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for PhotonAssay equipment based in Elko/Carlin, Nevada. The role targets an early-career engineer or technician with 1–2 years of relevant experience, focused on fault finding, preventive maintenance, and safe site operations.

You will collaborate with Chrysos staff and partners to diagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in electrical, electronic, mechanical or mechatronic or closely related technical discipline.
• 1–2 years of engineering, maintenance, field service, manufacturing or technical experience.
• Foundational understanding of electro-mechanical equipment and fault-finding.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support to ensure smooth operation of PhotonAssay equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and servicing of PhotonAssay installations.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment breakdowns and issues to minimise downtime.
• Support installation, commissioning and customer training on equipment.
