Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in Physics, Mathematics, Biomedical, Electrical, or Nuclear Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of combined professional and graduate research in Physics/Medical Imaging (CT/X-ray preferred).
• Strong theory of medical image formation and reconstruction; excellent communication of complex algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Develop physics-based solutions/corrections to improve CT image quality.
• Lead image quality improvements and roadmap alignment with business strategy.
• Develop and maintain R&D tools for simulation, benchmarks, and dataflow requirements.
• Work primarily in MATLAB with Python and C++ for performance-sensitive components.
