Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Photomask Specialist to move reticles through manufacturing lab operations and support defect inspection.

You will work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a bunny suit and operating tools to clean reticles and set up inspection equipment. The position requires a 12-hour day shift (6:30 AM–6:30 PM) with a rotating schedule, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow detailed specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM–6:30 PM) and odd days.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications.
• Able to lift and carry moderate weights and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Move reticles through production operations in the manufacturing lab.
• Operate cleaning tools for reticles.
• Handle chemicals.
• Set up equipment used for defect inspection.
• Acquire ability to use a microscope.
