Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Photo Resist Manufacturing Specialist to maintain photoresist supplies and support lithography in a state‑of‑the‑art cleanroom. The role focuses on safe bottle changes, adherence to SOPs, and ensuring uninterrupted production.

This position requires 12–13 hour shifts, on-site work in Phoenix, and training over 3–4 months. Applicants should have a HS diploma, be 18+, and comfortable in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment with precise manual tasks.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2+ years of teamwork experience.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite in cleanroom on 12–13 hour shifts, 3–4 days per week.
• Replace photo resist bottles according to schedules and SOPs.
• Record bottle change-out times, lot numbers, and data in MES/logs.
• Follow SOPs, perform safety and quality protocols.
• Monitor delivery systems and report anomalies promptly.
