Microchip Technology Inc. in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Photomask Specialist to move reticles through manufacturing lab operations and support defect inspection.

You will work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a bunny suit and operating tools to clean reticles and set up inspection equipment. The position requires a 12-hour day shift (6:30 AM–6:30 PM) with a rotating schedule, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow detailed specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts (6:30 AM–6:30 PM) and odd days.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications.
• Able to lift and carry moderate weights and wear PPE.

Job Description:

As a Photomask Specialist at Microchip, you will have a critical role in moving product through our manufacturing lab. This includes moving reticles through different production operations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Working in a Cleanroom Environment (Bunny suit Attire)
• Operating various tools used for cleaning reticles
• Handling chemicals
• Setting up equipment that is used for defect inspection
• Acquire the ability to use a microscope

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Ability to work a 12 hour day shift. 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• Thursday, Friday, Saturday and every other Wednesday.
• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Excellent listening skills
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
• You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
