Job summary

Microchip Technology Inc. is seeking a Photomask Specialist to move reticles through our manufacturing lab as part of a skilled team. You will operate cleaning tools, handle chemicals, and gain experience with defect inspection and microscope use in a controlled cleanroom environment.

We welcome candidates with a HS diploma or GED; training is provided. This on-site role requires a 12-hour shift and meticulous attention to detail in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication; able to follow written and verbal direction.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Cleanroom Environment (Bunny suit Attire).
• Operate various tools used for cleaning reticles.
• Handle chemicals.
