Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Photomask Process/Equipment Engineer to optimize advanced photomask processes and lead equipment installation, qualification, and continuous improvement. You will drive process innovation through experiments and data analysis while ensuring equipment excellence for high-yield operations.

The role requires designing and executing experiments, applying SPC, and coaching technicians via SOPs/BKM for high-volume manufacturing at the Phoenix site.

Qualifications

• Ability to design and run experiments and interpret results.
• Understanding and applying SPC methods for robust processes.
• Experience with equipment installation, qualification, and sustainment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and release of new photomask process equipment.
• Design and execute experiments; interpret data to optimize processes.
• Apply SPC to establish a robust photomask flow.
• Qualify and sustain manufacturing equipment to expand capacity.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment issues to maintain high uptime.
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to close gaps and improve processes.
• Coordinate with manufacturing to meet HVM timelines.
• Develop training programs using BKM and SOPs for technicians.
