Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Photomask Printability and Repair Technician to process plates through the printability and repair workstations, maintain certifications, and monitor tool health to meet customer specifications and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with reticle manufacturing tools, strong troubleshooting and communication skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks, with 12-hour rotating shifts between days and nights.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication abilities.
• Hands-on troubleshooting with reticle manufacturing tools.
• Ability to learn all photomask manufacturing aspects, esp. repair/printability.
• Multitask with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process plates through printability and repair workstations with high quality.
• Maintain printability, repair, and defect SEM certifications.
• Monitor tool health and respond to trends and out-of-spec conditions.
• Utilize AI agents to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with sustaining team to deliver reticles meeting specs and timelines.
• Train and mentor technicians on approved workflows and area skills.
• Drive continuous improvement through spec updates and cross-functional collaboration.
