Responsibilities include drafting procedures, following 5S practices, and supporting a 12-hour night shift. The role requires PPE compliance, strong attention to detail, and good communication in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to wear required PPE (cleanroom garments, safety gear)
• Ability to read and follow written procedures; operate computer systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail in a high-precision environment
• Basic math skills (add/subtract/multiply/divide/percent)
• Ability to adapt and shift focus as needed
• Able to stand and walk for a 12-hour shift
• Able to ascend/descend stairs frequently
• Able to lift/carry up to 25 pounds
• Color vision to distinguish alarms and indicators
• Hear and respond to equipment alarms promptly

Responsibilities

• Maintain photolithography module operations and disposition of discrepancy materials
• Support investigation of quality excursions and flag potential quality gaps
• Collaborate with production, equipment, and process engineering to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Write and review operational procedures and specifications
• Keep work area compliant with 5S principles
