Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct photolithography experience within semiconductor manufacturing.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams, technical projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using AI or AI-enabled/advanced analytics to optimize workflows or engineering efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of photolithography engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, succession planning, and performance leadership.
• Manage photolithography process improvements, equipment refinement, yield increases, and manufacturing cost savings while maintaining safety and quality.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Technology Development, Advanced Technology Engineering, Quality, and global teams to apply proven techniques and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply AI-enabled solutions, advanced analytics, and data-driven methods to improve process control, root-cause analysis, and engineering efficiency.
• Present complex technical topics to executives and large cross-functional audiences, driving alignment on strategic priorities.
