Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Photolithography Process Engineer to support day‑to‑day lithography manufacturing, monitor tool health, and sustain high yield in DRAM production.

You will execute established control plans, analyze SPC and defect data, coordinate with operations and equipment engineering, and contribute to continuous improvement with guidance from senior staff. This role requires a BS/MS in a technical field and willingness to travel for onboarding.

Qualifications

  • Requires BS/MS in a technical field.
  • Understanding of high-volume manufacturing execution and SPC monitoring.
  • Foundational knowledge of lithography processes and materials.
  • Ability to follow standard work, analyze data, and document results clearly.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

  • Execute established control plans and standard work to support stable lithography manufacturing.
  • Monitor SPC, metrology, defect, and tool health indicators and escalation risks appropriately.
  • Support excursion response activities, including containment, data collection, and documentation.
  • Partner with shift operations and equipment engineering to support tool recovery and daily priorities.
  • Complete well-defined improvement tasks related to yield, output, cycle time, or cost with guidance.
