Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a PhD in a technical field related to materials, chemistry, physics or engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience with experimental design and data analysis in research.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize photolithography processes that meet product requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional process and equipment teams for improvements.
  • Conduct root-cause and failure analyses to overcome process limitations.
  • Perform statistical analysis of pilot data to support optimization and decisions.
  • Explore AI/data-driven methods to improve engineering workflows and outcomes.
