Vishay Intertechnology seeks a Photolithography Lab Operator to work in Fremont, CA, performing photolithography processes, chemical handling and patterning in a fast-paced clean room. You will operate equipment such as microscopes, aligners, and X-Ray tools, ensuring quality and safety in every step.

The ideal candidate has hands-on photolithography experience, ability to read drawings, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling a plus.
• Hands-on experience in photolithography processes, especially development and manufacturing.
• Proficiency with photolithography equipment and measurement tools (microscopes, X-Ray, Beta scope, Alpha step, masking aligners).
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, follow instructions, and enter data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in a fast-paced clean room environment using photolithography equipment and chemicals.
• Develop and execute photolithography processes to customer specifications and manufacturing flows.
• Clean, etch, plate and pattern substrates in manual and semi-automated steps; use measurement tools for quality checks.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards; handle hazardous materials per regulations.
