Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SVG spinner equipment and poly spinner.
• Inspect photomasks and wafers using microscopes and determine good/bad.
• Expose conductors, resistors, and polyimide using mask aligner procedures.
• Etch both conductor and resistor patterns.
• Develop substrates/wafers for alignment and line width.
• Make and dispose of acid baths.
• Plasma clean plates when necessary.
