Job summary

Real Photos NYC in Manhattan is seeking a part-time, seasonal Studio Assistant to help maintain the studio during busy school-photo periods.

You will manage deliveries, organize inventory, prep equipment, and support photographers and staff to ensure smooth operations. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and reliable scheduling.

Hours typically 5–6 days per week with a 10:00 start; pay is $20–$22 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience using inventory logs and basic computer tools.
• Reliable with flexible weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Open, organize, and maintain studio work areas.
• Receive deliveries and verify quantities.
• Maintain inventory records and conduct counts.
• Prepare equipment and materials for events.
• Provide accurate handoffs and communicate status to teams.
• Protect student information and company records.
