WindowStill is seeking a talented and motivated photographer and drone pilot to join our dynamic team. This is a commission-based role offering the flexibility to work independently while collaborating with clients to capture high-quality media that showcases properties. Real estate photography experience is not required.

This position is remote, based in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand their media needs.
2. Plan and execute professional photo shoots at residential and commercial properties.
3. Use professional photography equipment and techniques to produce high-quality media.
4. Deliver media within specified timelines.
5. Maintain organized workflows, including file management and backups.
6. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Travel to various locations as needed for property shoots.

Requirements:

1. Own professional equipment (DSLR, wide-angle lens, tripod).
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Reliable transportation and punctuality for travel.
4. Stable internet connection for same-day media uploads.
5. Adherence to WindowStill’s quality standards.
6. Ability to work independently.
7. Drone experience is preferred but not required.
