Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Photocathode Assembler in Tempe, AZ, onsite on a 24+ month assignment with potential conversion. Typical shift is Monday–Friday, with a pay range of $18–$21 per hour on W2.

Responsibilities include metallization/coating of glass substrates, surface prep, inspection, and record-keeping using QTS. Candidates must be able to work safely with chemicals and under limited supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates Degree preferred with related manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Metallization and/or coating of glass substrates using deposition equipment to achieve proper electro-optical surface conditions.
• Surface preparation of substrates using cleaning agents, solvents and acids for post-processing.
• Inspect substrates to meet internal and external acceptance criteria.
• Operate with limited supervision; assignments may be moderately difficult and require independent judgement.
• Maintain accurate records using onsite Quality Tracking System (QTS).
• Handle chemicals (acids, bases, solvents) and use inspection equipment.
• Perform other duties as required.
