Innova Solutions is hiring an Assembly Technician for our Tempe, AZ location, onsite for the 2nd shift. The role involves electronic or electro-mechanical assembly, reading technical specs, wiring, soldering, and cable harnessing to blueprint tolerances.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, 0–3 years of related experience, and J-Standard soldering experience. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a 12-month duration and contract-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–3 years of prior related experience.
• J-Standard soldering experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations, including skilled hand work or using automated production equipment.
• Comprehend and interpret technical specifications, terms and documents.
• Follow wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing per blueprints; set up and adjust to tolerances.
