Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, including digital passport photos, and support for customer transactions at the photo counter. You will own inventory, keep the department stocked, and ensure product availability while assisting at checkout.

You will promote photo products, process payments and refunds, and support services such as FedEx and Western Union. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert photo services, digital passport photos, and help with customer service transactions.
• Own inventory, organize and maintain readiness of the photo department; monitor supplies and ensure product availability.
• Process transactions accurately (purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, rain checks) and handle cash.
• Support FedEx, Western Union, and other service offerings; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-merchandised photo department and assist with merchandising and inventory tasks.
