Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for everyday transactions. You will own the photo department's inventory and readiness, ensure product availability, promote photo offerings, and assist at checkout.

Responsibilities include cash handling, order fulfillment, and merchandising support to maintain a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert photo services and digital passport photos.
• Support customer service transactions (FedEx, Western Union, online orders).
• Promote photo products and services and assist at checkout.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, and organizational readiness of the photo department.
• Process transactions accurately with cash handling procedures.
• Assist merchandising initiatives and keep the department tidy and safe.
• Support cross-training and continuity when Photo Specialist is not scheduled.
