Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support at the checkout for customer transactions. You will own the photo department, maintain inventory, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, returns, and online orders, promoting photo products, and collaborating with the team to keep the store clean, safe, and welcoming while meeting operational goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Prior Walgreens experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter to provide personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service in the photo department and promotes photo products.
• Recommends products and upgrades to meet customer needs and drive sales.
• Processes transactions, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks with cash handling.
• Manages photo department inventory, supplies, and forecasting for three weeks demand.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Supports service offerings (FedEx, Western Union, and other services) with policy compliance.
• Maintains photo equipment and store systems to support daily operations.
• Keeps the photo department clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
• Supports merchandising and cross-training to ensure coverage during shifts.
