Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Department/Customer Service role in-store to provide expert photo services including digital passport photos, engage customers, and support checkout and related services. You will manage inventory, promote photo products, and help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while contributing to sales and service goals.

The position requires ability to work evenings and weekends, 6 months of retail experience preferred, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth to provide personalized products and services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain inventory and organize the photo department to ensure product availability.
• Support FedEx, Western Union, and other services while following policies.
• Keep the photo equipment, store systems, and area clean, safe, and well-merchandised.
• Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and provide a great customer experience.
