Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, including digital passport photos and pickup orders, while supporting customer service transactions and promotions. You will own the photo department's inventory, merchandising, and daily operations to ensure product availability and a delightful customer experience.

The role requires fluency in English, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and retail experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose to provide personalized products and services.
• Maintains inventory, organization, and readiness of the photo department, monitoring supplies and ensuring product availability.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Promotes photo products and services and supports merchandising initiatives.
• Supports service offerings (FedEx, Western Union) while adhering to policies and procedures.
• Keeps photo equipment and store systems functioning and the department clean, safe, and well merchandised.
• Collaborates with team members to achieve store objectives and provides coverage during shifts.
