Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, greeting them and identifying needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviours and service best practices to deliver a distinctive customer experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services and promotion of photo products and services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, following cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department, monitoring stock levels and forecasted demand.
• Processes and fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx and Western Union, ensuring policy compliance.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations and troubleshoot issues.
• Keeps the photo department clean, organized, safe, and well-merchandised, supporting overall store appearance and standards.
• Supports merchandising and cross-department activities, including promotional setups and inventory.
