Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including passport photo services and promotion of photo products.
• Processes customer transactions, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Maintains inventory and supplies for the photo department and supports merchandising efforts.
