• Delivers courteous, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotion of photo products.
• Processes transactions accurately and adheres to cash handling procedures.
• Owns photo department inventory, supplies, and readiness to meet forecasted demand.
• Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with timeliness and accuracy.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx, Western Union, and other offerings while complying with policies.
• Maintains photo equipment and uses store systems to support daily operations.
• Keeps the photo department clean, well-merchandised, and aligned with store standards.
• Supports cross-training and merchandising collaboration across nearby departments.
• Follows policies, asset protection standards, and safety regulations.
• Collaborates with team members and accepts additional assignments as needed.
