Job summary

You will own the photo department's inventory and readiness, promote photo products, assist at checkout, process transactions, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment while helping achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, addressing needs to provide personalized products and services.
• Models customer-obsessed behaviors and service best practices to deliver a delightful experience.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service in the photo department, including digital passport photos and promotion of photo products.
• Manages inventory, supplies, and operational readiness of the photo department and processes transactions with cash handling.
• Supports merchandising, displays, and seasonal setups; collaborates with team for a clean, safe environment.
