Job summary

Walgreens Photo Specialist delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by providing expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for transactions including FedEx and Western Union.

You will own the photo department's inventory, organization, and readiness, maintain supplies, promote photo products, assist at checkout, process orders, and help teammates deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, greeting and offering assistance and identifying needs.
• Manages checkout transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Owns inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department by monitoring levels and maintaining records.
• Supports merchandising, displays, and seasonal setups while ensuring a clean, safe, and well‑merchandised environment.
• Provides customer support for services including FedEx and Western Union, and fulfills photo and online orders timely.
