Job summary

Walgreens Photo Specialist role focused on delivering expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions, including FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment. You will own the photo department inventory and readiness, maintain supplies, monitor stock, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, accurate photo department service and promote photo products.
• Process transactions, returns, refunds, and rain checks per cash handling procedures.
• Maintain inventory, supplies, organization, and readiness of the photo department.
• Fulfill photo, online, and web pickup orders with timeliness.
• Support merchandising and seasonal setups across the store.
• Cross-train and develop team members on photo department operations.
