Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver expert photo services, including digital passport photos, and support for checkout transactions. You will own the photo department's inventory, maintain supplies, and ensure product availability to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, processing transactions accurately, promoting photo products, and supporting FedEx, Western Union, and online orders while keeping the department clean, safe, and well-merchandised.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at the photo counter with warmth and provide personalized photo services.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
• Own and manage the photo department inventory, supplies, and organization.
• Promote photo products and services and support merchandising initiatives.
• Support photo and related services (FedEx, Western Union, online orders) following policies.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-merchandised department and assist teammates.
