Walgreens in Battle Ground, WA is seeking a Photo Specialist/Clerk to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for transactions at the checkout.

You will own the photo department operations, monitor inventory, process transactions, and assist with FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment, while maintaining a clean, safe, and engaging store environment.

Responsibilities

Engages customers and patients at the photo counter with warmth and purpose, taking ownership of concerns and resolving issues.
Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department including digital passport photo services.
Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with cash handling procedures.
Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department and monitors inventory levels.
Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Provides customer support for services including FedEx and Western Union while complying with policies.
Maintains photo equipment and store systems to support daily operations.
Maintains a clean, well-merchandised photo department and supports merchandising duties.
