Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and handling retail transactions at the photo counter.

You will own the photo department's inventory, maintain supplies, promote photo products, and support checkout and auxiliary services while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide photo services at the counter, including digital passport photos and related products.
• Process transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, with proper cash handling.
• Maintain photo department inventory, supplies, and organization to meet forecasted demand and ensure product availability.
• Support FedEx, Western Union, and other services offered at the store as needed while following policies.
• Keep the photo area clean, merchandised, and compliant with safety standards and store aesthetics.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and seasonal setups in the photo and nearby departments.
