Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Specialist to deliver a distinctive customer experience through expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions. You will own the photo department's inventory and ensure product availability while promoting photo products and services.

Assist at checkout, handle transactions, and support merchandising to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and proactive assistance.
Models customer-obsessed service and maintains personalized support across the team.
Delivers courteous, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department.
Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Processes customer transactions, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks.
Owns photo department inventory and ensures product availability and proper supplies.
Fulfills photo, online, and web pickup orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Provides support for services such as FedEx and Western Union and other offerings.
Maintains a clean, organized, and safe photo department and supports merchandising.
Collaborates with team members and participates in training as needed.
