Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Photo Clerk to deliver expert photo services, including digital passport photos, and support customer service transactions at the photo department. You will own inventory, monitor supplies, and ensure product availability while promoting photo products and services at the checkout.

You will process transactions, assist customers, and collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment, meeting store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Delivers courteous, friendly, accurate, and efficient service in the photo department, including digital passport photo services.
• Recommends products, services, upgrades, and companion items to meet customer needs and drive sales opportunities.
• Processes customer transactions accurately, including purchases, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks, while adhering to cash handling procedures.
• Owns the inventory, supplies, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department, monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability.
• Provides customer support for services such as FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment.
• Maintains photo equipment and store systems, keeping the department clean, organized, and well-merchandised.
