Job summary

Walgreens Photo Specialist delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by providing expert photo services, digital passport photos, and support for customer service transactions, including FedEx, Western Union, and online order fulfillment. You own the inventory, organization, and operational readiness of the photo department to ensure product availability and a smooth daily operation.

You promote photo products, assist customers at checkout, process transactions and cash handling

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer to have prior work experience with Walgreens.
• We will consider employment of qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers at the photo counter with warmth and purpose and resolves questions.
• Delivers courteous, accurate service including photo and passport photo offerings.
• Processes transactions, returns, refunds, exchanges, and rain checks per cash handling rules.
• Owns photo department inventory and ensures product availability.
• Maintains a clean, safe, well-merchandised area and supports merchandising initiatives.
