Job summary

Catalyst Brands is seeking a Photo & Sample Coordinator to support both photo production operations and product sample management for its lifestyle and iconic brands. The role serves as the operational bridge between Merchandising, Creative, Producers, and the Plano Photo Studio.

The position focuses on end-to-end sample coordination and production support, building organizational and production management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in sample coordination, studio operations, or fashion photo production.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with production tracking or sample management systems a plus (Creative Force, ShotFlow, LetsFlo).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sample lifecycle from request through return.
• Track, organize, and move samples for New York-based shoots.
• Coordinate shipments to Plano Photo Studio and confirm sample availability.
• Support Producers with pre-production planning and on-set execution.
• Maintain production trackers, calendars, and SOP documentation.
