  • Work directly with OEM (ASML) to integrate industry standard practices at PSL.

  • Evaluate software and hardware upgrades to improve throughput, reduce cost of ownership, or improve overall equipment capability.

  • Create standards for data analysis methods used in process development.

  • Create, maintain, and modify ASML lithography recipes required to pattern wafers.

  • Develop standards and procedures for recipe creation and modification.

  • Develop procedures for recipe backup and control.

  • Disposition product and equipment.

  • Monitor and optimize APC systems to improve process control and yield.

  • Work directly with device engineering and technology development teams to manufacture new products or improve existing processes.

What PSL can do for you
  • Opportunity to work on projects that substantially impact operations.

  • High visibility within the organization.

  • Opportunity to make an impact by becoming the expert in ASML lithography at PSL.

What PSL needs from you

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as this role will require in depth cooperation with multiple functions and manufacturing sections.

  • Skills in technical writing, computers, problem solving and organization.

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Optical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in photolithography within semiconductor manufacturing environments.

What distinguishes you for this position
  • Self-disciplined and highly motivated with experience managing multiple high priority projects.

  • Highly independent and capable of driving projects with little direct oversight.

  • Exceptionally detail oriented and well organized.

  • Experience creating automated scripts with any programming language.
