Qualifications

• More than 2 years’ experience as a semiconductor shift process engineer.
• Experience in cleanroom environments and 12-hour rotating shifts; day to night rotation every four months.
• Proficiency with SPC, DOE, and data-driven decision making using analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to boost yield, quality, and efficiency.
• Evaluate process performance using SPC, FDC, DOE, and other engineering methods.
• Lead issue resolution by identifying and addressing process and tool-related concerns.
• Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and training materials for standardized execution.
