Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related engineering field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience as a semiconductor process engineer.
• Experience with SPC, DOE, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Proficiency with Python, Java, MATLAB, Tableau, or Microsoft Office applications.
• Work in a cleanroom environment on 12-hour shifts, rotating 3-4 days per week and day-to-night every four months.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, efficiency, and OEE.
• Analyze process performance using SPC, DOE, and other engineering methods to identify trends and solve problems.
• Lead issue resolution related to processes, tools, defects, yield, and output.
• Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and training materials.
• Apply AI-enabled analytics tools and data visualization to drive improvements.
