Job summary

onsemi's premier 200mm manufacturing facility in Gresham, OR is seeking a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer - Photo to maintain a fleet of photolithography tools, including ASML PAS5500 scanners and Nikon i14 steppers. You will act as tool owner and lead maintenance programs within the Photo Lithography area to optimize uptime and performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, preventative scheduling, parts sourcing, and project work such as tool conversions and new installations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Robotics Engineering required.
5+ years of equipment experience with ASML PAS5500 scanners, TEL Act8 Tracks, DNS 200W Tracks, DNS 80 scrubs, Nikon i14 Steppers.
Strong interpersonal, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills.
Practical knowledge of electronic and mechanical systems and controls.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain records on equipment manufacturers' notices, upgrades, and safety issues.
Study equipment performance and execute projects to increase tool stability and reliability.
Establish programs to increase tool uptime/reliability and improve product quality.
Provide hands-on technical and maintenance support as needed.
Define and write preventative maintenance schedules and procedures.
Drive and support continual improvement projects including OEEs and part sourcing.
Mentor and train maintenance technicians as needed.
